AVAILABLE TRAINING!!!: I am offering a full day workshop at the IDEX Doll Show in Orlando, Florida January 28th, 2011! Come and learn and play with polymer clay sculpting a miniature sleeping baby, or sleeping baby fairy! More information will be here in a few days including lesson plan and supply list. Cost is $165 and includes clay, ovens, heat guns, alcohol for cleaning. Please plan on bringing your favorite sculpting tools, mohair, paint brush for cleaning. I will have some available. 3, 4, and 5 Day classes available from 9:00 to 4:00. Schedule to include armature building, sculpting, baking, and painting for a completed project. I can accomodate room and board with meals for up to two people.
Please contact me for workshop fees . Material cost is included.
You will learn various techniques to make the internal wire armatures, techniques for adding the clay, baking, final painting using Genesis heat set paints and provide written materials to take home with you where appropriate. Additional paints, brushes, tools and extra clay will be available at a discount while attending the workshop if you chose.
